Why is playstation community so bad?

Hi everyone, the topic is pretty clear, for example, i own rocket league for both pc and ps, but on ps is ALWAYS a ♥♥♥♥ experience, they are so toxic. Every match is a war, if someone make a mistake they start to spam quick response or write something toxic. You cant enjoy a game because of them. And this happends in other games too. You might even play perfectly, you score a lot, but as soon as you make a tiny mistake the good mood is over, they start. When I play on pc is different, you joke, you laugh, you engage in discussions. So, why is playstation community such ♥♥♥♥? Someone can explain this phenomenon?

everyone i've met on PSN who wasn't a scammer was pretty nice, when GTA 5 was only on PS3 and then PS4 I met a lot of cool people as well.

maybe you're just pissing people off kek

There are more kids on Playstation than any other platform. Since there are more kids there is a bigger chance of toxicity in the community.

meh....i'm a playstation lover and i have no idea what your on about.
every community can be toxic in its own way. can you name more communities like this. you only have said rocket league so far. i won't debate if pc is better or worse since i know it has better qualities. i just like playing on PS for the feel of it really

watch videos on cs go or overwatch or read some more forums

no community is worse than the other im primarly an xbox man myself and we have toxic people there is not a worse community ps players are not more mature neither are pc players

xbox live steam and psn are all just as bad as each other when it comes to toxic and cancerous communities your individual experiences are just anecdotal

all platforms have kids and immature people the amount of those is unkown since there is no census data and ive known some kids who are more mature than some "adults"

in conclusion all platforms have their bad eggs no one is worse than the other you might think so due to your experinces but htey are just anecdotal and not representitive of the community at large

Well, I did know someone from the PlayStation forums that genuinely believed that legacy controls for shooters was some made up myth and that shooters on consoles always used the dual analog system popularized by Halo.

I would say it depends on the game on the computer or playstation.

The reason why it is so bad though is because video games are considered a normal thing now and people get away with acting up online.

Back when it was less people I will admit we played around more and took it less serious because well video games were played to pass time and have fun. Now there is money envolved and everyone is wants to be the best there ever was.

Only way I can play without taking it serious now is with my brother pretty much. Without him I do not tend to play online games now adays. Unless it is Killing Floor or Left 4 Dead 2.

games like undertale get a huge mess of a fandom they cater to
other games like CoD sorta outgrow their kids since they grow older lol. Still toxic but not AS toxic
there are also some games where people are just rude because memes.

both are as bad as each other and games like cs go overwatch lol or dota 2 have incredibly toxic communities and they are mostly pc exclusive pc and console both have their babies and immature people arguing that one is worse than the other is not objective and is anecdotal and subjective
