Not saying i have had any experience with PSN comunity but overall PC comunity is sometimes that when you cant hold your team in CS:GO or just one guy left ppl want to vote kick him rather then wait for the timer go out.
Less maturity = more toxicity
This isn't always the rule, but it's a reasonable assumption.

That's a fair assumption, yes.
If not all but most communities are plagued by toxicity.
Players do show anti-social and disruptive behavior in most cases.
