Just eat what looks like food. It's mostly worked for me.
I can guarantee market tea, like has no benefits at all. Lipton and such is just some left over dust from real tea, and contains artificial flavors. Even market loose leaf tea is bad, because super markets have no clue how to store tea properly, they might have been sitting on shelf for years, and are very low quality.
But yeah, tea has health benefits, but some of them are not real. Weigh loss, not real, cancer preventing, not real. It does improve brain functions, lower stress, and contain many nutrients and vitamins and such.
When i was kid, we visited Turkey twice, shops offered us some apple tea, which was really good. Other than that, i have no experiences with teas from Turkey.
Chamomile?
It wasnt green tea, or you used very hot water. Also, Hojicha is not green tea, even though some shops say it is.
Anyway i more prefer fruity and herbal teas, pretty delicious.
Ever tried Hibiscus? Its weird how well it wakes you up, even though it has no caffeine.
But I only know the actual effects of chamomile. Which is incredibly relaxing.
I guess I would agree with you that it is overrated. But again I don't know much about tea aside from what I like to drink. I know that none of the tea I drink gives me any kind of side effect of side from like a cup of coffee.
I do like coffee though. Kona blend is awesome.
But sounds familiar maybe i tried it before.
Sometimes I just don’t follow what I’m buying, when I see some kind of tea in “fancy” package then I’ll definitely buy it.
Yorkshire Biscuit Tea!
I think you havent tried it, its pretty memorable. First it has very strong taste, and deep red color. When i first time tried it, it really surprised me. Got like immediate energy spike and i didnt expect it to taste so strong.
I would suggest trying some real tea shop oolongs, they're easy to brew. They're usually 85c to 95c tö water temp range and 5 minutes.
If you dont put sugar in it, tea actually disinfects your mouth, so its good for your mouth.
