Diet. Cut out fatty foods and sugars. Get your cardio up. Burn off the pudge.
Most people look 'fat' because of bloating, vitamin deficiencies resulting in inefficient body compositions, and absorbing too many calories that never get spent on anything.
Most people who go really hardcore on lifting and high intensity workouts wind up screwing their diet up even worse as a result of protein starvation.
also wow lol 21 Aug, 2020. more innocent times...~
And that man knows how to make old people sweat in a good way. No jokes.
Particularly the sick program where you do 20 rep sets, and keep upping the weights session after session.
Or I used to walk with a short log, and do a set of squats then overhead presses.
Walk back and forth in the yard and do those sets.Rest, and repeat.
