Vitamin C and protein can be a little more expensive, but $1 hotdog packs are perfectly fine and you can splurge on beans and rice to supplement your potatoes. Most gelatin mixes are loaded with vitamin c powder as well, so if you can make it to a restauraunt supply store you can easily buy a month's worth of the stuff for about $0.79.
Should have a solid extra $10 a week for things like lettuce, bread, milk, more veggies or whatnot without breaking a $20/week budget.
