But individual attitudes and sailor talk will usually get the wrong kind of attention. Nobody even needs say these swear words unless they're "sentence enhancers". Also certain medically accurate words got censored but they're how people yack at eachother in different parts of the world and we're pretty international here.

Comments on this forum, as well as one on my profile I had a friend post to test it were uncensored for me.
I didn't change the settings, and now they're replaced with hearts again.
Not sure what is going on.
EDIT: My settings say the filters are off, but they are still on. :P

Before you view a store page with nudity or mature stuff, there's that portal asking for age and-or if you're okay with x or y. What about an option to opt in/out to see profanity or not see it.
