Eroge with the best RPG/Combat?

From what I remember when playing it, it's not half as bad in the combat department. Some fights can be quite a challenge. The erotic content is somewhat tame, but by no means bad.

What is a decent combat/rpg system?

Aside that, anyme game that AliceSoft makes is good, like rance, evenicle, Dohna etc.

Also, "Memoirs of a battle brothel" looks pretty promising.
"Meltys Quest" has a lot of positive reception, but its lewd content isn't my personal cup of tea. The combat is interesting though.

There aren't many eroge with good gameplay. Typically there's T&A, or good gameplay. Pick one.

The best ero games I've found are only mediocre games, but a mediocre game is better than a bad one, so here's a few suggestions:

By Alicesoft, one of the best makers of eroge ever. It's a passable RPG, and that's high praise when it comes to ero games. There's a sequel too, but unfortunately Valve blocked it from coming out on Steam because they're really inconsistent when it comes to how they feel about adult Japanese games. The trial is on Steam if you want to try it. The game itself is available on Mangagamer.

It's good, but a little light on the gameplay. It's mostly visual novel.

This is a very nice strategy RPG, but it's probably not lewd enough to be considered an eroge. See what I mean about picking only one? Still, worth a play.

I believe that a fusion of good gameplay and ero content is possible. Someone just needs to step up to the plate and make it happen.

Those two rarely mix.

Fate Hollow Ataraxia, if you like Visual Novels and can cope with reading games. It has a minigame, Illya's Castle, which has some basic combat and a separate, built-in card game. You unlock erotic scenes by progressing in the story.

If you aren't keen on Japanese gaming, otaku mentality, Visual Novel style, anime artwork etc, then you won't like it. It has some basic RPG theoritic structure, which isn't consolidated in gameplay, like classes, stats, abilities, magic etc.

I would suggest Fate Stay Night Realta Nua (with uncensor patch) first, if by some remote offchance you are familiar with eastern goodies of that sort already.

knight of Xentar ... but it's so old you'l have to run it on Dosbox and finding a legit copy is gonna be almost impossible at this point unless they somehow re-released the game and I just din't noticed it.
