The most expensive badges are usually the ones with broken trading cards.
Sometimes, some games have broken trading cards that won't drop, so the lucky people who got their drops overprice them.

I once purchased a game that supposedly had trading cards, but I never got any card drops for it.
After doing some research, I found out that the developer updated that game and since then, people weren't getting any cards anymore.
