Rarest Steam Items?

Whats do you think is the rarest Steam item? Not a game item, so like trading cards, boosterpacks, etc.

For me, it would probably be Gigantic trading cards as Gigantic is a free to play game and to obtain the trading cards, it would take alot of money just to get a few cards. Gigantic also wasn't too popular and there wasn't really any reason would want to spend money on a not-so-popular game. Gigantic servers also have shutdown so their's completely no way to get them anymore.

Steam card exchange has a badge pricelist for the most and least expensive badges. The most expensive badges usually have the most expensive cards.

Probably Cards or badges for any of the thousands of games removed from steam.

I belive the rarest item is Sunbeams Bill's Hat from TF2, to my knowledge there are 2 in existance.

there are also extremely specific weapons and Unusuals that is given to certain players.
