1. Get a hobby that makes you tired and involves going outside. "Physical exercise and outdoor activities in the sun."
- Go to the beach and absorb all that sunlight, I can guarantee you will be tired after 6 hours of direct sunlight.
2. Drink alcohol until you pass out.
- This is not for people that are lightweights. If you only drink a couple of drinks before you get drunk, then don't try this. You should be able to drink a 6 pack of beer solo, without hesitation, before trying this.
3. Smoke a joint.
-Reduce stress and relax until you can rest/sleep.
Side note: I tried to use "sleep aids", over the counter syrups and night-time cold medications, but I found they have an active ingredient that keeps the muscles in my legs awake, which makes it impossible to sleep. I become irritable and aggravated, because the drug forces me to sleep while my legs keep me awake.
