For the end of the world when there is not enough food to sustain them, not enough bodybuilder supplements and nutrients and of course the life style with constant running around that burns calories not to mention constant injuries that also require calories to heal. NO way would she look like hulk. She should be like Ellie or at the very least like huge Scar hunters but those are genetic akin to the Mountain from GoT
