One is a lambda dating back centuries. The other came out in 1991.

I have feeling that they at least got inspiration, like aphix twin inspiration of lambda letter and half-life of that circle thingy around that letter\logo.

is this a real question?? Selected ambient works 85-92 came out in 1992 and half life in 1998. saw 85-92 had the logo as the cover art

aphex twin released their album with the sign in 1992, half life 1 came out in 1998
