How do you view your previous claimed twitch loot?
I'm having an issue where I claimed the H1Z1 twitch loot and now that I have the game I don't have the items. Amazon or Twitch won't help me and Daybreak refuses to help unless I have a screenshot that I claimed the items.

Maybe I'm just really jaded but I'm not sure you could provide proof.

I can't unless I find a way to view my previously claimed loot. Which is frickin stupid. I should be able to see what I claimed so I can actually get those items. Especially since I technically paid for them by having Twitch prime,

You have to look at how it looks from their end. Do you have any proof of purchase?

I have an email directly from Amazon stating that I activated it. They even gave me a free sub for the trouble and said it was an issue only Daybreak could solve, but yet Daybreak still refuses to help. Just proves how ♥♥♥♥ they are and how much they deserve to die by the hands of PUBG.

Lol I just got an email from them telling me that I had an account before the promotion and I should have gotten them. Now they are just refusing to give me the items I bought.
