Does it need to be in a language other than English? Some groups do songs in multiple languages.

it can be a mix of english and other languages but non-english implies non-english

I think Scandinavian and Germanic metal bands are usually welll received.

There's some niche far-East metal groups, but often a little too fringe for hardcore tastes.
