Youtube videos buffering a lot with good internet connection.

Lately whenever I watch youtube videos they tend to buffer a lot. I'm on spectrum internet and I'm using a wired connection, aswell as I have a very good internet plan with them but it seems like I can't watch youtube videos without them buffering a lot anymore. If anyone has the solution to this issue I would greatly appreciate it.

Sadly no, my internet connection has some how downgraded to dial-up with 2 kb/s up and down, I'm on the internet explorer and I'm getting a bunch of questionable ads, and I'm just trying to watch this video that is now going on 2 years old.

there is a rule in lots of forums about that "don't open a topic that already opened before".
so i thought someone who already had this issue, could help me. because there are 167 topics about this issue. and i think almost all of them approximately have same solution. because all of them saying "i watchy videos on other websites without any problem, have good hardware, good connection, etc"

so, 166 topic was here, and 167. one needed to ask it again. so can you say that our community doing well, helpful to each other? why are we here?

Yes it is, but that doesn't mean all of the other rules are not valid anymore.

It has been stated by moderators, that if the post is on topic with the thread, and is a genuine reply on the same issue asking for help or joining in the discussion, then it is not a 'necro'

i just trying to find a solution about the issue. as i said, i thought it's the best way that searching forum, finding same tpoics, and asking them if they find any solution. it's that simple. you don't have to help or answer. but it's useless keep arguing without any benefits or help.
