OBS Studio 12k bitrate vs 50k bitrate for Youtube?
Youtube recommends a 12,000 bitrate for 1080p60fps videos which is what I upload. I've uploaded test videos with 12k and 50k bitrate and the 12k bitrate seems more smooth and better. I know higher bitrate is higher quality but Youtube just recommends 12k bitrate. Might just be my eyes messing with me, but can you guys clarify which would be best for Youtube?

Thanks. So i was basically recording about how much bitrate you should record for 4k. Is that why 12k looks crisp and clear compared to 50k which I was always using until now?
