Didn't you say on your last post, your PS4 pro was dead?

Not sure about Uncharted 3, but Bloodborne runs at 1080p/30fps, and Dark Souls III post-patch also had uneven framerates. Likely normal (unless it really does stutter, like the game freezing a bit every few seconds), but I'm not 100% certain.

I remember playing bloodborne on a big plasma tv and on a regular ps4 it wasn't so laggy

Could be the TV talking - sit further from the screen, and lower framerates might not bother you as much (YMMV, of course). Bloodborne was never enhanced for Pro, and even with Boost Mode on, it'd still default back to 30fps in most cases.

But isn't 30fps suppose to be smooth on console?

Even framerates with little to no drops helps, but you'll still see a marked difference between 30 and 60 (or higher).

No, it can be choppy depending on the motion blur and depth of field settings.

You get used to it so don't worry, 30fps is perfectly playable.

You should have played bloodborne when it released, when someone invades you, you used to get around 10fps constantly.
