Is it right or wrong to celebrate the 4th of July?

Hello, first I would like to clarify that English is not my native language, so I am directly using Google translator and after Grammarly to fix my mistakes.

Let's say that in the following hypothetical scenario it happens:
To non-Americans (people from the United States of America), what would you think if the president of your country celebrated the 4th of July, which is independence day in the united states?

Celebrate in his decorated house, with typical decorations of American Independence Day.

A party, however small, with friends in a pandemic season, with miniatures of the American flag drawn on the table, probably in some corner where no photos were taken, there was a flag hanging on the wall.

And, who knows? at some point until I sang a part of the American anthem.

And a question to Americans, what would you think or even feel if President Donald Trump did that with, say, the day of independence from Italy or France? or any other country that seems to suit that example for you.
(Remembering that for the example it does not have to be a country that has good or excellent relationships, just any country that is not very involved.)

Has the Chinese peoples' standard of living gone up since the revolution? How about since the 1980s? If I were Chinese, I'd probably support the country, and the government, right about now. They went from agrarian, most in mud huts, to world economic powerhouse in just a few short decades. Mostly because of their government.

Not an American. My country does not have a president, we have a king (with no formal power). If our king celebrated it, it would feel a bit strange and a bit funny since America is a republic. But I doubt I would care that much, at least if they only did it privately. In public it might be inappropriate, since our king is supposed to represent my country and not another country, but I'm honestly not sure how I would react. Don't think it would be that big of deal for me, though, but maybe it would bother me a little.

For anyone who is not supposed to represent the country I don't really care that much. Don't think it's a good sign for a free country to say "you cannot celebrate this" or "you must celebrate that".

Without shooting them off myself there just is no point in Celebrating 4th of July anymore, because I always felt you Celebrate with fireworks...

Also what I mentioned about Clinton is too simplistic.

America has boosted China's economic status since Richard M. Nixon opened up trade, and we began outsourcing most of our manufacturing jobs to the Chinese people.

All Clinton did was boost their military tech immeasurably, for campaign money.

Maybe if we had a law which said all products that aid the chinese economy should be clearly labelled and colour coded depending on how much they support china (like uses materials sourced from china or manufactured in china). I think it would harm Chinese economy greatly if people chose to avoid those products because of the label.

Well, I am neither American, nor Chinese, but just found it adorably hypocritical of your notion to encourage the use of capitalism to vanquish capitalism.

Neither am I American or Chinese. That doesn't preclude me from seeing the dark irony of commie capitalists prevailing in an economic peeing contest. Perhaps you've mistaken that observation for some sort of encouragement.

China. They forced the USA to retreat from both Korea and Vietnam. Like an old Kung Fu master chasing off some young whippersnapper.. You might have had the guns but they most certainly had the numbers.

Since then the USA and its allies have resoundedly focused on fighting much smaller fishes. The military industrial complex does need these low intensity conflicts to keep armament towns in the rustbelt pumping out wmd's.
