Who is stronger, Amai/Sweet Mask or Saitama?

This is about One Punch Man, who do you think is stronger? I just finished Season 2 and reading the manga, I do researches, Amai/Sweet Mask has superpower and regenerative power, he was able to defeat 2 demon threat, so who do you think is stronger?

Saitama, obviously.

That one alien is basically a stronger Amai.

The point though is that Saitama is extremely unpopular and most people kind of don't like him, thus why he was ranked C from the beginning.

Amai, on the other hand, practically makes the organization.
