I'd say the dumbest person I've ever met is a kid in 4th grade (in my country youre 11 when youre 4-5th grade) who bragged that he had sex, and at first nobody believed him obviously, but then his 13 year old sister found out that she was pregnant........ you know who was the father

Too many to list, but I did have a coworker who was born and raised in the United States and she didn't know who the president of the United States was...

She was dumber than a bag of hammers, and worst part is that she had a kid. Single mother and she really loved guys who were criminals. I'd get headaches when I'd talk to her.
