Mucho Burrito is the one most common where I am now. Not a bad place, but I prefer the authentic mom n pop restaurants we don't see too much any more. I've been to Chipotle twice, once in Seattle, once in Toronto. Both times unfortunately made me sick. I'm not really sure what caused it, though.
But yeah, I'd rather pick the mom-and-pop places.
If you're interested in those, try getting to know your local Chinese place. Chinese restaurants, even the fast-food type ones, tend not to be chain restaurants, but if you get to know them well you can ask them to customize your food in various ways. I tend to find that Chinese (or, more accurately, Chinese-American) stuff is too salty, so I usually ask for white rice and white sauce (which basically means they leave out the soy sauce when making the entree), instead of fried rice and brown sauce. It's still quite flavorful, just not as dehydrating afterwards. I used to frequent this one other place so much that they'd even gift me scallion pancake slices from time to time.

American Coke just tastes wrong. That high fructose corn syrup instead of sugar just messes it up.
I got a stomachache after I ate one of these tacos, I will never visit that place again, never.
And tin can.
goodluck with that though.
