Thank you!
I took a look at deep rock galactic and i dig the style of the game but yeah wave shooters. They can be fun for an hour or so but i'm really looking for something that i can play long term.
I own the pay day games , had some fun with them but not really feeling them anymore.
As for the rpg elements, they dont have to be 100% , just some skill leveling and such.
Fallout New Vegas or Fallout 4, depends on whether you prefer RPG or FPS elements.
Dishonored
My current favs just from looking at the store page: Dishonored, Prey.
Thank you all for your recommendations and have a nice evening and weekend :-)
I would list the Mass effect franchise, but it's not really a first person shooter, but it does have tons of weapon upgrades.
Deus Ex is fine (the originals more than the reboot), but are SS for babys.
I totally agree on Far Cry 3.
but after 3 i had the feeling they just recycled the whole thing. So the last one i got was FC4.
Vaas is unreached as one of the most well scripted Villains to this day.
and i have a lot of love for mass effect too. I think thats one of my most played games (all 3)
I still cant really replay them because i memorize most of the dialouge, i nerded so hard on those games.
I think the gaming industry has to come up with something new soon. Especially in the fps sector. I have hopes for cyberpunk (because i love deus ex too), but still. Less lootboxes and more innovation pls :-)
It's a TPS not an FPS
but still one of the best out there.
