Games I can play with my sister
My family has had it rough, and I need to teach my sister that she can have fun without constantly bugging my mother. I am 21, and she is 13 (though, without going into it, she has missed a few developmental years). All the games I have for consols are single player, and all the games I can find online are far too complex. Any suggestions for games, in steam or otherwise, that I can play with her? I'm looking for easy to learn, easy to play, non competitive, co-op games that do not require too much hand-eye co-ordination.

How about the HOG games - there are so many of them with a nice story, beautiful and colourful to look at , puzzles you can solve together - point & click . Very relaxing and fun . A couple of good examples :

This one is a twist on " Beauty and the Beast" , - and you get the sweetest kitten as your little helper ;

( If you like it, check out other Artifex Mundi games on Steam - there are a lot ! ) :manekineko:

Then there is the sweetest game possible - but loads of fun for grown ups or children :

This one is even about a brother and his sister needing to heal - lovely in every way ! ;

Good luck, and hope this was a little help :ccHappy:

The games I posted are mostly all single players, but I have played them with my nieces and nephews, passing the controller between us , having loads of fun :)

For fun- no match Tennis, badminton, ping pong, hacky zack or kick a football to eachother.

Physical movement might be healthier and probably more fun too in the long run, just a suggestion. Or at least as a mix, to get some daily excercise that is fun.

If thats not suitable for whatever reason, maybe some easymode racing like mario cart? Idk, hope u find something, you're a good big brother.

There is this really beautiful game , about a girl lost in a fairy tale :

For a little more action , there is of course this game gem, with a young female protagonist :

Or Dragon Quest XI, which I guess you`ll both like, if you enjoy rpg`s - maybe a bit too mature sometimes, but there is a lot your sister can do ( the graphics are all very much made for a younger gamer ) - And then you can leave the more scary stuff to yourself.

Or Ni Ni Kuni ( Ther are two of these games , both beautiful ) :

Given what the OP said, i'd agree with this one ^ the Portal games are super fun and easy to learn.

Ibb & Obb is a cute game that you can play together. And sometimes finding the way is a challenge.

Dungeon Defenders 2, and maybe Magicka 2 as well. Probably Gauntlet, I think that was a pve coop game too.

Minecraft is perfect to play with family and very close friends.

Also, Second Life.
