How hardcore is/was your schools website block list?
I'm happy to say that my school has a pretty lenient block list, only banning popular game sites, YouTube, and inappropriate/illegal content. However, when I was in Middle School they didn't block anything until 8th grade when they started using a program to auto block sites. It went WAY overboard and blocked things like Google and the school's website. For most of the year, you couldn't really be asked to do any research or anything because you couldn't access anything.

You sound more fun than any of my librarians.

Dark blue, here.

I remember when we got our first push-button phone. It was quite an exciting upgrade.

I don't remember QUITE that far back, but I do remember our first cordless phone, which happened a lot later than it probably should have.
We had an off white rotary, getting a push button was like magic I thought. Going from the big blocky brown cable box to that sleek black one I linked above was like a birthday at chuck e cheese.

Man it's pretty amazing how far/fast technology has come in just a few years. I remember watching an episode of The Rockford Files and seeing a car telephone and thinking "Nah those aren't real" and now people carry phones in their pockets.
