I used clipchamp a few times and it worked fine
Unfortunately for free you can only render in max 480p

It has been known to be included in Software Bundles on Humble Bundle for as little as around $12 I think where it is in fact $400+ software depending on the version.

So any best free video editor with 1080p 60 fps render?

There’s 2 free video editing programs that I know of that allows you to render in 1080p 60fps, it even works on low end PC’s as well:

1. Hitfilm 4 Express:

Basically a free version of Adobe Premiere Pro + After effects. But the downside is that it might be a little taxing on CPU.

2. Shotcut:

Works on Linux, Mac and Windows, but there is a slight learning curve on working with it’s interface. Not so taxing on CPU.

Hope this was helpful.

Your PC is more powerful than mine. So yes, it can handle it.

Im using Openshot with 1050 Ti and I3 8350k
The performance is okay, it edits 1080p60 at 30-40 fps with my components.
Openshot is probably one of the most basic ones with not a whole lot of options, but it satisfies me.

I tried Shotcut previously and it seems to have terrible performance problems on Windows machines
(I'm assuming it runs better on Linux machines, because it was originally developed for Linux OSs).

Simply zooming in/out on the timeline too far would cause it to hang for a good 10 seconds, the playback preview would lag constantly whenever you apply any effect to your video, etc.

Tried HitFilm Express after and it works flawlessly.
Worth noting that you can't install it without creating an account on their website though.
