I know omg. My life slips away - link'n park.
We've been dating 20 years.
Being asleep is better than being awake.
while i'm at it i wouldn't mind deleting the genetic instruction out so i never develop headaches or respond to eye strain as well.
i find myself nodding off at random times through the day when things get dull enough. i get too comfortable and my heart rate lowers enough where i could nod off for about 20 minutes at a computer deck or on a comfortable sofa. i wouldn't of done that 10 years ago.
the batteries as it were in a figurative sense aren't carrying the charge they used to, like any reusable battery. so now i'm having to fight off sleeping through the day more regularly. it is mostly annoying.
Your brain however does indeed need sleep.
I love sleeping. I also take naps.
But I agree with the op. It's a lot of lost time. I just can't resist it.
