Competent steam support? Have yet to see one in my many years of using steam. Like, I don't think an actual human makes a decision whether to issue a warning or infraction anymore. I've left some offensive comments on the "community messages" and have never gotten a reply, or a further infraction, which leads me to believe it's mostly bots. This of course means, if enough people flag one post, it will get modded whether it broke the rules or not. Which has happened to me before.

i mean i wrote 1xx Tickets about different things. Most time (99% of the cases) i got no help. But in the past years this is the first the really first guy that helped.

i really think this is something special to celebrate.

And your issue is that most moderators are just normal users, theyre not teached/schooled in behaviour or how to react/act. Just normal users with the power to ban ppl. delete posts etc.

There are a few humans floating around, but they're as narrow minded and dense as the bots are. With EXTREMELY few exceptions. Totoro is cool as hell and obviously not a bot. The rest, glad they only have power in steam, can't imagine the BS they'd pull IRL with any power.
What site am I on again?

I don't have a problem with bots doing most of it, but they need to do better on the AI. Better a bot than some teenager getting to be a mod, and letting it get to their head. Because it's the only type of authority position they've ever had, or ever will have.

:steamfacepalm: I don't have a saluting emoticon or anything similar that looks like it's honoring someone, so I decided to go with the facepalm one, instead. It kinda works, surprisingly.
