I can't add people

I'm not able to add people because it gives me an error that I sent many requests but I didn't send almost any

What? You didn't send almost any?

How many did you send, exactly? Because as others have said, there's a limit to how many requests one can send in a week. I'm betting you hit the limit, because you're a friend collector.
