Are there any Cyberpunk style FPS games BESIDES Deus Ex that have mod tools and are first person?

With all the pandering from CDPR and them ignoring other issues and the game being delayed and no new information given AND silly contests, like the "PC modding contest"; I have about lost hope in Cyberpunk 2077. I'd like to find an alternative, sadly I don't think one exists. It seems like there will never be another cyberpunk style game with mod tools ever again.

It's probably hardly similar, but I am the kind of person who seriously enjoyed Deus Ex cause of how much I liked Dishonored, so maybe Dishonored? No mod tools though

But yes, Bioshock is naturally not a Cyber Punk, it is Bio Punk :P. Dead Space and Doom are not the same, as Cyber Punk characters don't go to space usually!

That would be Astro Punk :D.

You are looking for a very specific game, maybe you need to lower your requirements a bit.
