Are there any Cyberpunk style FPS games BESIDES Deus Ex that have mod tools and are first person?

With all the pandering from CDPR and them ignoring other issues and the game being delayed and no new information given AND silly contests, like the "PC modding contest"; I have about lost hope in Cyberpunk 2077. I'd like to find an alternative, sadly I don't think one exists. It seems like there will never be another cyberpunk style game with mod tools ever again.

Ah, it doesn't actually look like it's in ANY kind of development :O.

One of those scams where they just paint a couple of pictures, or steal most of the art and then they make you think it's actually going anywhere.

Yeah screw me for wanting a backup plan and having principles and being passionate that they posted about the US riots but remained quiet about Hong Kong. How are my requirements high? I narrowed it down to a WHOLE genre. It's shocking the only cyber punk style game with mod tools that is FPS to ever come out, came out 20 years ago and is the only one with modding.

It's FPP not FPS but it's not like people played Deus Ex by using weapons lol (it looks fun tho so...)

CDPR delayed their press conference because of the riots and posted on their twitter "Black Lives Matter" and people called them out(rightfully so) about them remaining silent on Hong Kong and getting political now.

Cyberpunk don't often get great games that are fps, so you aren't going to find many might have to move on an wait till you are 50
