even though the original Teaser Trailer is a mock up of mostly animation it still made the game seem SO much better. Now it just seems kinda ... meh. It's a misleading Trailer.

I personally don't care about cinematic trailers anymore it's pointless to get hyped over something that isn't actual in-game engine footage. I will have to say from what I have seen so far this game looks amazing.!!!

Yes, it does look amazing, but I think the presentation grossly misrepresented it. Probably will not matter because the game is likely news to 70% of the people that will buy it.

This issue has been here for a long time especially at E3 so I do agree that yes the cinematic trailer that you are showing in this post is over the top. However, at least they showed us the actual in-game engine gameplay so I guess it's better than nothing they at least have shown us what we can expect from the game engine itself.

I never get hyped over trailers because I know they're not gameplay footage, unlike some companies like Ubisoft who has tried to pass off a trailer as in game play footage repeatedly.

I never get upset over that kind of crap because I know it's just meant to grab ones attention. UNLESS they try to claim it IS game play footage then I get pissed and never buy another product from them again.

To be fair, trailers aren't legally binding to the finished product.
So, even if the trailer isn't 100% accurate, it really doesn't matter. They're supposed to get you hyped for the game.

Same with Movie trailers.

And therein lies the problem. Selling anything on "hype" should be illegal, and people who do it, banned from running a business until they quit it with that crap.

Yeah, it's probably a game that will be good but won't live up to the hype. Timing is everything.
