Do you like cold baths or hot baths?

I like taking a 10 minute hot shower, followed by a 10 minute cold shower. No wonder i feel good everyday.

Cold and health, lots of athletes take cold baths/ice baths, it does something about some kind of acid build up in the muscles that helps with cramping etc. I can't remember completely but it does have some health benefits.

I take very hot showers. The water is so hot that it fills the bathroom with steam. I put my hot water tank on the hottest setting.
