They certainly recovered from their abysmal reputation from the late '90s to the early 2010s.

I still prefer Pizza Hut and Little Caesars (for the stuffed crust) and Rocco's (their calzones are great).

I wish Pizza Hut would bring back The Edge.

As far as local, non-chain places go, Red's Savoy, Pizza Luce and Pizzeria Pezzo are best. And Carbones, though it is a chain. But a very localized one.

Maybe I'm wrong, but that doesn't exist in Argentina. Here it's full of traditional pizzerias, everywhere. These multinational franchises don't succeed. We're more loyal to pizzas than Italians, lol

I haven't been to The twin Cities (hopefully one day). I live in New York and I have been to Chicago. Both have great pizza. Dominos Little Caesars pizza Hut are not even close. And this is just my opinion from my experience. If you go to Chicago have a thick crust pizza. you will never eat Dominos again.
