Is it possible to use RAM of 3000 MHz with the Ryzen 5 1600 AF?
I just bought this Ryzen and 2x8 GB 3000 MHz T-Force and I don't know if I can use 100% of the RAM with this CPU, is it possible with XMP? Is it possible that I damage the CPU doing this?

First off, yes. Second off, XMP is mainly an Intel thing. You're thinking of DOCP/EOCP. Third, if you can run it at 3,000, great but Zen 1 CPUs don't scale (as well) with RAM speed like Zen 2 and 3.

The R5 1600 AF uses the technology from R5 2600 so I think they fixed this, so the CPU won't downgrade the MHz if I use the DOCP/EOCP?

amd has its own acronym besides docp
i think the mobo chipset itself determines max ram speed, theres default recommended on zen which is 2400 i think
memory controller yes is on cpu but even a zen 1 with a 570 chipset should do 3000, prolly a 470 even 450 too, check bios
correct me if im wrong though
