What is the best option to prevent him from contacting me, cus im scared now that he will do something with my data and stuff, i contacted him and asked him how much he needs to get my hacked account back and he said 470 euro’s and then when i tried to give him that money, the transaction failed, soo i contacted the bank account where i tried to send him a payment and now he keeps sending me emails constantly https://imgur.com/a/HNxdTBK

Contact the social media outlets support. They will not charge you and they will help you get your account back.

This is a scam. Do not give strangers on the internet money.

Its not really hacked it just has an 2nd factor authentication in it which is hard to crack, and also the social media site wont help,

470 euro’s ??? That's and insult. Please report them anyway you can and stop communicating with them.

Ikr, the thing is, disabling an 2nd factor authentication does not cost that much money, it costs like 20-25 euro’s i came in contact with someone on whatsapp who said that he would do it with that much money, but unfortunately he said he only accepted zelle, bitcoins, google pay which none i own, soo when i said i think about it be blocked me lol

For all you know he's the hacker who hijacked your account in the first place and holding it for ransom. That's is a ransom price tag. Someone who's helping for legit would do so for free.

He's also trying to using payment mentions which are harder to trace or reverse. What scammers commonly use with money laundering.

Did you seek them out or visa versa?

I think you can also report to police or something for "Harassment" and suspected hacking of your personal info.

Don't go to the local police, they don't work with online interactions.

Rather use: https://www.ic3.gov/

Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) works with online crimes (Cyberbullying, Cyberstalking, Online Harassment, Hackers, and DDOS abuse, etc) and then informs it back to the Police, FBI or CIA of the areas involved after an online investigation and trace.

Yes this is what you should do if the person doesn't let go.

This is serious as he asked for such a big money from a random person; who knows if you are dealing with a serial stalker that probably also annoyed many more people.

Well... ignoring it would be one option. But this would be too obvious and probably too easy ...
Just tell your email client that this is spam and never see another e-mail from them again.

Ya? Well I keep getting fraudulent emails telling me that my paypal account is on hold and needs verification, along with a pdf attachment.

Completely amateur and retarded.
