I didn't know there were so many Lucky Star fans on Steam Off-Topic. Anyway...this is an odd question to ask, but I think "acceptable" age gaps become wider the older you are, and if you're under 18...I would say it's much smaller. When I was 18, I would have probably only been comfortable dating a 17 year old at the youngest (and they would have to be someone I knew in my high school, I definitely would not date a 17 year old I only knew online or from a different school), or a 20 year old at the oldest.

Because you were a full grown man dating someone who hadn't finished puberty. There is a world of difference between a 12 year olds world and an 18 year olds world. There's a reason it became illegal, at least in the states.

first both of them need to be at least 18 year old (20 for safe reason)

second for me the age different is max at 9 years difference (for me 5 years is my limit )


age can be tricky sometimes. I mean basically were just human that born in different times. your soulmate can even havent been born. Its kinda subjective

i think it's about how you are mentally. if both parties are on the same level age doesn't really matter.

was a lawsuit against a politician who dated a 16 yo girl here a while ago, judge decided she was the one in control lmao, so he didn't get punished, although. they broke up and he lost his job. it's creepy. but the age of consent is 16 here for this reason.

ofc increases because of this with age. if you're 50 and the other 65 that's very different from a 15 and a 30 yo. for good reason!

so pinning down one number makes no sense.

Well you know what they say. Women are sprinters, men are marathon runners.
They start off looking at their best at 18 and start running and running and running, until they're 35 and they're out of breath.
While we start off with acne all over face, hair where there shouldn't be any and still have a babyface. So we start off slowly, and we keep a slow but steady pace. So while they're out of breath at 35, we've just hit our prime and with proper taking care of ourselves, we can extend that well into our 60s.
