90 percent of YouTube comments being bad.

They made it a lot harder for anyone new trying to make a name for themselves to earn money on the platform anymore. Some of their rules when I looked in to it are complete and utter nonsense mate. lol

Not only is this one meme overused everywhere, it's also used incorrectly half the time.

There are countless content creators that have such a high quality for their lack of light

the fact that "age verification censorship" (videos that require you to be logged in to watch them) works in a completely random way with some horrible crap available to everybody and perfectly normal things that require age verification.
I understand that there are way too many videos for a more effective type of moderation but this is a big problem of youtube imo.

It's a heavily dated platform that tires to keep going by adding way too many useless features, and horrible interface. It's algorithms are way off base most of the time. The claim system is overly trigger happy, and will smite the creator just for having a sound bite that is a few sec. too long. Way too many false claims take place without any real person doing any kind of checking to see if the claim is legitimate. Massive amounts of click bait videos that will never be taken down because they generate way too much ad revenue.

A severe lack of actually useful features like settings to only display content categories that the user wants to see. No option to permanently blacklist an entire channel from being recommended. The notification system has never worked, or at the very least doesn't actually work for very long. The tracking on comment replies stops showing anything after a day or two. Thus making an actual decent conversation with other views in the comment section pointless.

They also remove too many useful features, like the comment sections, miniplayer, and playlists.
