Last I checked they were 1 to 2 dollars.

It is basic knowledge that the MCD food is very cheap in the US, I don't know the exact prices in Scandinavia (where I am from) but I reckon a menu cost around 7-8 euro.
But as with anything (if we do the Europe version)

You can buy quality food cheaper in the store, than burgers at Mcdonalds

Many many many years ago. I had a friend who was working part time while studying, at this meat factory. Every chicken that failed inspection or had been dropped on the floor etc. went into the bucket called "McDonalds" you see, they bought all the stuff nobody else would. It was how they got cheap meat at mcdonalds
