Looking for ps4 Action Rpg with good melee combat system, open world and rich skill tree

Hey!
I am looking for ps4 action-rpg game which has the following:

1. Good melee combat system like: God Of War, Kingdoms of Amalaur, Star Wars: Fallen Order, Darksiders 2 (Witcher 3 is also ok).
NOT like Batman games or LOTR: Shadow Of War/Mordor - these games combat bores me as my characters attack almost automatically - I only need to keep pressing SQUARE to keep attacking or TRIANGLE to counter sometimes. I like combat style where you need to avoid attacks from enemies in appropiate moment, CAN counter and have more freedom when fighting enemies (as in the games I mentioned above).
Dragons Dogma didnt have combat good enough for me. Dark Souls would be ok if I could change buttons on PS4... I cant play it when have to use attacking on R1/L1. But it is not open world
2. Open world (or at least some bigger area for free roaming)
3. Have both melee and ranged combat. Best if there were some mix of melee and magic/powers like in Witcher 3 or Fallen Order.
4. Have nice skill tree with many active skills which encourage me to level up and allow to beat enemies in other ways
5. It MUST be 3rd person. Not 1st person or Isometric (I actually play Darksiders Genessis but only with my wife. for Single Player I prefer 3rd person)

For now I am playing Witcher 3 which is really nice, combat is quite satisfying but there are NOT many active skills to unlock (actually just a few). Mainly upgrades.
I have also already played Zelda BOTH (Nintendo Switch) and Infamous Second Son which were cool.

Star Wars: Fallen Order or God of War would be a good choice but it is not open world.
