Good Low End Co Op Adventure Games?

I'm trying to find some low end / indie games that I can play with a friend on my laptop, which can only really run some ps3 or xbox 360 era games. I have Nuclear Throne which we are going to try, though I was wondering if anyone can suggest any other games, indie or low end which are co op and that we can work through together? By myself I play things like Super Time Force, Guacamelee, those kind of games.

Also if I see a game on the store that says split screen / shared screen, does that mean it is a multiplayer game or a co op game at all?
