Anybody know about a 100v100 online game?
do you know about a 100v100 online game, like Mount & Blade Warband with the Napoleonic Wars DLC?

Guild Wars 2. If you join in on their World Vs World, the limits per each server map are 100 players per each team.

the servers are usually 1vs1vs1 Green, Blue and Red teams. There are 4 World vs World maps, one land for each team and the Eternal Battlegrounds, the map in the center bordering each world, this map likely gets the most action of them all.

I've been playing Guild Wars 2 for a long time now, I can say that things genuinely go from fun to frantic in a matter of seconds when you have giant groups of enemies from both servers on each side of your keep trying to get inside to take it over. You and anyone inside trying to keep them out runs to build arrow carts and ballistas, those not building siege run to the walls and attempt to repair them while the enemies keep deteriorating them.

It's very fun.

It's an MMORPG, they would rather have their own client\site. I would recommend buying a physical copy of Heart of Thorns if you plan on buying it. It's also free to play with restrictions.

Ok Thanks
100vs100 doesn't exist because online games aren't built to render that many people at once.
Never played it but I've heard Planetside 2 can have super huge armies fighting each other. If you have a beefy processor then there's no reason to not check it out since it's free.

Check out Mount & Blade Warband. There you can have 100vs100 player battles

Great fun when well balanced, otherwise not. Well worth checking out.

Planetside 2 has a 60 player limit (i think).
Also its laggy as sh*t with wired internet connection.
Edit: and with a good gaming pc.

I was a little harsh by saying they "don't" exist. What I mean is they don't exist in any enjoyable capacity with that many directly involved due to networking/latency/calculations issues.

You'd think in 2016 there'd be more higher population games. I remember playing 100+ player games in 2000.

Too ambitious. Aside from of course hardware going towards better visuals and smoother online play, how do you make that fun? We have games still going 5v5 for this reason, you need to keep the game balanced and fun.
