Thank you, Although the issue I had is now solved :)
But if your flash drive contains harmful viruses, this can make your mobo to f-cked up for no reason. I've did that before and my system went crazy :P
the ".cap" files is inside the .zip file you've downloaded on ASUS support.
If you haven't got yet, go to ASUS Support website, look for your motherboard Model Number, then go to drivers and tools> Windows 10(if you have)> BIOS> then select the latest BIOS update.
