Sacred citadel
Trine
Brawlhalla
Teenage mutant ninja turtles: out of the shadows (local co op, not sure if online co-op )
Those are all I can think of that are co op, but you'll need to double check the specs.
For anyone who searches the same thing in the future, SA-MP for GTA SA is fun to play with a friend
It is co-op has a demo and is fairly low spec.
If I think of anymore will re-edit.
Oh just remembered Baldur's Gates series they are low spec even the enhanced editions.
Drox Operative co-op with demo and low spec.
Terraria has co-op and it has a retro option that boosts performance.
