How to convince parents not to move?

So I was at a 2 week trip to South Korea (not north korean trust me) and when i came back home, it was only me and my dad at the trip, my mom said were moving next week. She wasnt joking. I saw packing boxes and all. Were only moving 15 minutes away but i like this town. All my best friends are here and I pretty much lived here my whole life. My mom said we have to move because the bank pays more for our home than us (idk if thats really true because my mom makes 100k a year and my dad owns 2 businesses) My mom said we already bought the house. Is there a way to cancel the house buying or convince the landowner that we can pay more so we can get a second chance?

The minimum I have ever moved is somewhere around 1000 miles. You can still see your friends, you can still do all of that. And you can make new friends too.

You have to learn to adapt.

One time my parents told me we were moving somewhere >4600 miles away. Oddly enough, at least one of my friends also moved there around the same time. Our next move was only 4300 miles. At least half a dozen of my friends also made that move.

Well I mean, a lot of my friends have cousins that live where im moving.

Try to recognize the immense luxury of other people paying for your living space, food, etc. Yeah, yeah, it's boring-adult-advice, but trust me, one day not very far in the future you'd rather have that convenience than the choice between living in your favorite location or fifteen minutes away from it.
