Also, don't use oil when boiling your pasta. It will just ensure that the sauce slides right on off.
And a big one, finish cooking the pasta in the sauce.
Otherwise, they just don't 'contain' any flavor, noodles are a vehicle for flavorings. A throne for the delicious sauce to sit.
This too. Make sure you salt your water considerably. If you just throw in a teaspoon or a swirl and think that's enough, it's not.
I usually use an extra satchet.
Boil the noodles with 1 satchet of flavour, then pour off some of the water and add a second one and whatever else you want with them.
that doesnt work, like my point is when i cook them the flavor stays on the surface. stirring doesnt help the sauces go INSIDE the noodles, it just helps spread them evenly on the surface of the noodle strands. idk if youve eaten a lot of instant noodles but whatever flavour packets u put in the flavour stays on the surface, if u just chew it after a while u just get the plain noodle flavour and none of the sauce, so im asking for ways to get the flavour inside each noodle strand and not just let it sit on the surface.
doesnt that technically make soup
I've never eaten instant noodles.
add noodles to boiling water
add seasoning
simmer for 2-5 minutes.
enjoy your noodles
*optional:
add chopped carrots, fried chicken/pork bits, cut spring onions
actually its just an example. idk if youve eaten pasta, no matter how much tomato sauce u dump onto the noodles the flavour stays on the surface, it doesnt actually go inside.
i think youve misunderstood me here, im not asking how to make noodles, im asking how can i possibly infuse the noodles with flavour, becuz usually when u cook noodles how matter how great it tastes the flavour stays on the surface and it doesnt actually go inside the noodles.
That seems to work well.
Buy flavored noodles.
