How to infuse noodles with flavour?
when i cook noodles with whatever sauces the flavour only stays on the surface and when u bite into each strand of noodles the flavour doesnt go inside. how can i make the flavour go inside when cooking noodles/ pasta with tomato sauce?

Make the pasta from scratch and add things like sundried tomato into the dough.

Also, don't use oil when boiling your pasta. It will just ensure that the sauce slides right on off.

And a big one, finish cooking the pasta in the sauce.

Add flavoring to the water when you boil the noodles.

Otherwise, they just don't 'contain' any flavor, noodles are a vehicle for flavorings. A throne for the delicious sauce to sit.

This too. Make sure you salt your water considerably. If you just throw in a teaspoon or a swirl and think that's enough, it's not.

I usually use an extra satchet.
Boil the noodles with 1 satchet of flavour, then pour off some of the water and add a second one and whatever else you want with them.

I do the same!
boil recommended water level
add noodles to boiling water
add seasoning
simmer for 2-5 minutes.

enjoy your noodles

*optional:
add chopped carrots, fried chicken/pork bits, cut spring onions

i think youve misunderstood me here, im not asking how to make noodles, im asking how can i possibly infuse the noodles with flavour, becuz usually when u cook noodles how matter how great it tastes the flavour stays on the surface and it doesnt actually go inside the noodles.

I don't think it's possible to infuse flavor into pasta unless you make it from scratch and add seasonings you like into the dough.

I have eaten pasta and always cook it in the way Zekiran described - adding flavouring/seasoning to the boiling water.
That seems to work well.

Drain the water completely out of the noodles before adding whatever flavoring you're using.

Buy flavored noodles.
