keyboard feet up or down?

for me up feels better but apparently its bad for your wrists

edit: by up i mean the back part of the keyboard is lifted off the desk and down is the keyboard is flat on the desk

Use the wrist rest when you're typing documents, remove it while gaming. I have put my wrist rest in cold storage. Do what you will with the little keyboard feet, you'll find out soon how much of a pain they can be.

Wouldn't that be "up", then? Having the legs in the "down" position is what tilts the keyboard up.

Ah yeah, the OP's edit is what I meant - the keyboard itself being down, rather than the legs being down.

most do. flip your keyboard over and there are feet near the top that you can pull out if you want
