Others have said it many times, but they haven't brought Bloodborne to PC for the same reason Demons' Souls isn't on PC: Sony published both titles, and therefore holds exclusive rights.
That doesn't mean it will never happen, but the decision is Sony's, not From's.

If it ever came to the PC (not in the foreseeable future) it would be able to push a buttery smooth 60 FPS with better graphics. On top of that, the option to use a keyboard and mouse would be a very welcome addition. This will never happen, so my dreams will just be memes.
