Pretty much without the implication of sex.
Its actually a really good show honestly.
As for OP I dont know, they've changed the rules a few times during the course of the show.
I miss the latest episode so I mean what day did the leave? Was a life threatening event going to happen? Theres been times where they had to pull the people out or be on guard of a upcoming storm and choose or not weither to keep shooting.
oh maybe they did change the amount of days.. well, they left all their fur blankets/clothes, and im sure , i cant remmeber exactly but i dont think they had anything with them. they were in alaska. i just have a hard time believeing they completed the challenge with sincerity..
Theres been a FEW times during the show where I was highly skeptical on if the film crew assisted them but normally those were in the earlier episodes. Now it seems like the crew gets filmed when a large predator comes in and they have a few expert hunters on stand by watching the night camera going on about 'if it gets any closer we might have to step in'. but before that I felt like it was kinda of crazy how they just stumble on dumb animals or a food source by accident.
Later episodes I've watch them get posioned multiple times to know that the crew legitimately don't care about what they do anymore.
also in another part of the film, the guy was complaining how cold he was.. but no camp fire around.. never collected fire wood, it almost seemed like they werent cold.. bc a fire didnt seem like it was important.. being naked and surviving out in the alaska woods for x amount of time.. i just think wondered what other people thought.. be nice if there was some real wildlife experts that could verify the authenticity of it
Well, I am currently in Alaska myself and it can get really cold to needing long pants and a jacket on to extremely hot in the same day. Right now where I am, it gets rather warm during the day but drops a lot during the night. Dont forget that Alaska has really odd sun cycles during days, so sometimes youll have sun from 5am and itll stay up till 3am at night until it finally gets dark for a bit then get really cold then back to having 20 hours of sun again.
Im not defending them Im just saying food for thought there. Alaska..... is quite a different place lol (arrived here a year and a half ago)
As for the wilderness its a mixed bag. Lots of animals and food sources but because people in this state roam the woods nonstop almost all year long expect winter animals tend to be pretty at bay on anything that is making noise here. (I'm not even joking about people roaming the wilderness Alaska is a very hippish and texas place at the same time lol - very nature loving and very pro gun and hunting also)
