Which is the best screen recorder for low end pc?
Intel Core 2 Duo @2.80Ghz
AMD Radeon HD 5570
RAM 5 GB

I could barely get 10-15 FPS in Left 4 Dead 2 with Bandicams, is there anything lower than that?
L4D2 Specs: All lowest, res 1080p

That PC is far too slow to record games I'm afraid.

Use StreamLabs OBS... same OBS just better

or use fraps

Fraps gave same results as bandicams :(

Then yeah use StreamLabs OBS or just plain obs... shouldnt hit your system performance at all :) here is a referral link to StreamLabs OBS I use it for streaming but you can also record

Fraps is up there as the worst option for him, it's a horrible piece of resource hogging software.

Yeah, AMD 5xxx is ancient.

Recent NVidia chips, and I'm assuming AMD has the feature too, can record games "for free". At least that's what it feels like -- I don't do a whole lot of recording, but when I do there's no noticeable impact.

Resulting files are pretty large, but that's no real surprise -- it's doing a "live" encoding, after all. I would probably have to reduce quality if I wanted to "stream", but for just making a short clip of something and uploading it to Youtube I don't even bother reencoding.

But you know right that programs use CPU to run?
Well, every program uses CPU to run? lol

You can use the NVENC coder to use a dedicated GPU but he doesnt have one so either way he will have to use CPU... Unless he wants to buy a external capture card lmao

Everyone will give you different answers, based on their personal preferences... If you want then use external hardware to record.

Does your opinion count as a "different stupid answer?"

I don't give opinions.

Facts I see, well I can't argue with you. External is the best way to go

But you know he can't play games from 2017-2019.

It's still undeniable that OP needs a better computer first. What else can he game with ancient specs of games from 2017-2019 require now high specs?

I don't know this one. I just give it the best answer. I'm not going to argue with you. This one says he wants to record without slowdown, so it must use a recording device.
The recording can then convert back to it´s PC.

It doesn't have to spend massive amounts of gold on components for it´s PC. Just because you tell him so. And it already has a PC. So please, stop bothering me.

It can hook up a tape recorder for all I care.

I´m having a headache, right now. So I don´t want to argue with you. This is not a discussion, this is a question.
