Made it bland by how you are describing it
Trying to make soda healthier is as pointless as trying to make cigarettes healthier...

If people are so concerned with diet, they shouldn’t even drink soda in the first place. :loll:
yes, my 7up gaming evening is ruined
ffs its like weird water

Diet sodas are one of the biggest scams in the world.

Started from Cola Coca. News media suggested sugar in drinks might be making you fat. This was then fudged by the soda industry into heavy research about how fat makes you fat. News media adjusted accordingly and it went viral. Americans use to have a high diet of fat so low fat products where released into the public. Only issue is they tasted like cardboard, so sugar was added to most for taste. America ran with it, yet obesity increased greatly with it.

They however still stucked to that idea. Fat must make you fat right?

Wrong that's not 100% the case... a few caught back onto it and refound a linkage between sugar and weight gain. The human body naturally finds the fastest energy source to use and burn, given enough sugar in the diet, it stores fat and keeps it as a second reserve for safe keeping.

Cola Coca therefore started creating a bunch of diet sodas. But guess why there's so many of them? Diet coke, Coke zero, Coke no sugar, Coke Life, etc. It's because fake sugars where making people ironically gain even more weight while they attempt to diet and cut down on sugar. It still simulated the taste buds into believing it was getting a sugar energy source, which made the body crave more foods inturn as the energy source wasn't fulfilled. Diet sodas are even more worst to drink than the original ones, if your body demands a huge meal with it too.

Replacing soda, energy drinks, alcohol, and even fruit juice (which contains high levels of natural sugars) with just water, majorly adjusts the body metabolism into losing weight. It's one of the easiest ways. However, you can't make money from that...

The irony when fats are actually healthier than sugar, if taken in moderation.
7up is fine.... people really need to get hobbies to occupy all that free time....
"Zero sugar" pop and "Diet" pop are a scam. They take sugar out and replace it with aspartame.
It's a fact that sprite and mountain dew and 7 up will give you stage 4 diabetes.
